Healthy Food and Junk Food

1.   Write about healthy food
Health food is food considered beneficial to health in ways that go beyond a normal healthy diet required for human nutrition.
2.   Write about junk food
Junk food is a pejorative term for food containing high levels of calories from sugar or fat with little protein, vitamins or minerals. Use of the term implies that a particular food has little "nutritional value" and contains excessive fat, sugar, salt, and calories.

3.   Complete chart about healthy and junk food and illustrate it.

Drinks: soda, chocolate milk, juice dyes, flavored milk, energy drinks.

Vegetables:  beetroot, broccoli, cabbage, carrot, celery, cucumber, lettuce, onion, tomato, eggplant.
Sweet: Cookies, ice cream, chocolate, candy.
Grains: amaranth, barley, brown rice, brown rice bread, tortillas, brown rice, oatmeal, oat bread, cereal, oat flour, oat flakes wheat cereal.
Oil: Whole milk, butter, eggs, prawns, cooking oils, mayonnaise, margarine, sausages, yellow cheese, white cheese.
Meat: fish, beef, chicken, pork, venison, mutton, duck meat, sausages.
Trash food: Chicken roast, Hot dog, Sandwiches, Hamburgers, French fries, Fried pork.
